Logo's start at $375.00 (payable in U.S dollars only) and include three initial concepts to choose from. The final logo art sent in a pdf or tiff file via email to you (or, sent to you in regular mail on disk, at extra cost for the disk and mailing). Prices go up depending on complexity and other variables. In order to keep my prices low, I cannot make major modifications or changes to the initial three designs, or create others, without additional charge. You should be certain that you want me to produce any graphics work for you, confident and willing to allow me serve you with my skills and expertise alone, before ordering anything.

I can also do graphics of different sorts for use on your website. Email me with specifics, and I will reply with info.

All work is performed only after prior 1/2 payment and a signed work order is received (you can send me your email approval of the work order I will email you, and I will get started on the job, but you must also mail me a original signed copy as well, in order for me to continue the work). With a logo order, I will email you with the three initial designs when I have them ready. After your email approval to me of one of these three, I will then proceed to finish it into the final art. I will then email you an online smaller copy of it, and upon receipt of your final 1/2 payment, send the complete high resolution file to you. If at the time of receiving the three initial designs, you decide that you do not like any of them, we will stop work at that point, and you will owe nothing further. The 1/2 payment having already been made will not be refundable.

Protecting your logo from infringement is important, as well as making sure that your company name, or other elements within any graphic you are wanting designed is not already owned by another party. All responsibility for checking into any potential infringement possibilities, or such liabilities if they should actually develop at any point in time, from the use of names, slogans, or any element requested to be used in any design I produce, will be the sole responsibility of the client. This agreement will be contained with other items in the work order. I do not do any trademark searches or handle registration of logos etc. for trademark protection. This will be the responsibility of you the client to handle for yourself once you have the graphic in hand. I would suggest contacting a patent/trademark attorney to handle this process for you, or, check into doing it yourself through some research on how, via the library or.... the net.
